The location is great. i asked for a room facing a particular side, and the desk staff accommodated my request. the staff were helpful. The room was also quiet and comfortable.
there was no fan in the bathroom, which i found a bit of an oversight.

The apartment included a comfortable, large bed. a decent-sized shower was available. I am 6 foot 5. a well-equipped kitchenette allows guests to prepare their own meals if desired.

constant flushwindow condensation
The room i stayed in had a few issues. the toilet seemed to have a slow, constant flush that caused it to refill every hour. It was a bit irritating (especially at night). also, i noticed that the windows had quite a bit of condensation in the mornings. Water streamed from them. i also missed having room service available on sunday.

The location was close to the ferry terminal for Rottnest Island. I found the laundry facilities to be free. Staff members were helpful .

The location was really good. The train station and ferry terminals to Rottnest are only 5 minutes away. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby, that was handy.
The carpet in my room seemed worn in some spots. I also noticed this in a friend's room. I could smell moist carpet in the hallways too, it was not appealing.
