the staff was always available. the breakfast included good options. i found the room and facilities very clean. the air conditioning was silent and effective. it is a classic building. it has a charming, quirky style. i enjoyed the building style.

the room had authentic details and included three windows. i saw a direct view to a canal from two windows. inside the room, there was a convenient sink. the shared bathrooms were always available.

this place features a quiet location. it is also safe. sites like peggy guggenheim collection and san marco square are easily walkable. i saw sound of waves in the canal. it created a peaceful atmosphere.

amazing location fresh pastries helpful staff no air conditioning mosquito problems missing fridge
the location was amazing the vaporetto stop was close by i found it easy to get around the area had many great spots. the breakfast included many options the coffee stood out i loved the fresh pastries. the staff was always helpful i needed directions several times they were happy to help.
my room did not have air conditioning the june weather made it a bit uncomfortable opening the windows let in mosquitos i ended up with many bites. there were no screens in the windows it would improve the experience. a small fridge would have been useful i wanted to keep some things cold.
