Fantastic Beach and Friendly Staff!!!

I found the location superb, right by the private beach. This was so convenient! The staff were also friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the well-kept swimming pools a lot. They arranged a boat trip to the Gulf of Orosei for us, which I found a big highlight.

Our Family Room was very clean and well kept daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which I found great for the warm weather. The room included comfortable beds and a spacious layout that accommodated our family well.

The restaurant staff offered so much choice and were always ready to assist with any requests, I was very grateful. The beach bar staff were lovely too!

lovely stay and smiling faces
heated pool good food free parking
the resort had several pools and i liked that one was heated, very important. breakfast had good food. the beach was directly accessible and it included free sunbeds. also i found free parking with good space, that's a plus.
the bathroom was very small. it was for two people, but felt a bit cramped. i hope it will be bigger for the next time. also, it needs an update soon.

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
beach activities included excellent staff free parking ample space cold room atmosphere poor beds restless sleep buffet restaurant expectations
The resort included beach activities in the price. I found the staff to be excellent. Free parking with ample space was very convenient. The rooms were spacious, a feature i appreciated.
The room felt cold without much atmosphere. I found the beds quite poor. I had two nights of restless sleep because of this. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was below expectations.

mixed feelings about my stay
ignored request high food prices
i found a couple of things disappointing. first, i asked for an extra pillow twice, but it never arrived. it seemed like my request was ignored. also, the food prices felt high considering the quality. the hotel seemed to take advantage of its isolated location with no nearby alternatives.

Adequate Stay, Some Minor Issues
helpful staff nice beach closed spa canceled expeditions
The breakfast had a good variety of items. The beach was very close and well kept. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the reception. They were available 24 hours a day.
The spa was closed during my entire stay. I was not informed of this beforehand. Several expeditions were canceled because of low interest and weather. This limited some of the planned activities.
