The resort included beach activities in the price. I found the staff to be excellent. Free parking with ample space was very convenient. The rooms were spacious, a feature i appreciated.
The room felt cold without much atmosphere. I found the beds quite poor. I had two nights of restless sleep because of this. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was below expectations.

mixed feelings about my stay
ignored requesthigh food prices
i found a couple of things disappointing. first, i asked for an extra pillow twice, but it never arrived. it seemed like my request was ignored. also, the food prices felt high considering the quality. the hotel seemed to take advantage of its isolated location with no nearby alternatives.

Adequate Stay, Some Minor Issues

The breakfast had a good variety of items. The beach was very close and well-kept. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the reception. They were available 24 hours a day.
The spa was closed during my entire stay. I was not informed of this beforehand. Several expeditions were canceled because of low interest and weather. This limited some of the planned activities.
