My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel offered a wide range of food options at every meal. The pool area was well kept and included a swim-up bar. I found the private beach very pretty and relaxing. I enjoyed my time at the spa, it had great facilities.

The alcohol served at the bar was quite weak, a little disappointing.

The food was acceptable and offered sufficient choice. This part met my basic expectations.

I found the majority of the staff unprofessional. They even seemed rude. This may be because the resort is understaffed and struggling to meet demands. The facilities appear old and seem to lack proper maintenance.
