the room included amenities like bathrobe and toiletries. the bed was comfortable, i slept well all nights. staff assisted me with an item i had left by the pool. the breakfast had great service and food.

i loved that parking was available directly under the hotel , it made everything so convenient. the rooftop pool was a real highlight , especially with the lifeguard on duty and provided towels.

the hotel is near two metro stations , a supermarket , coffee shops , and restaurants , which was really convenient. the room was clean , and the breakfast had a great variety of options , so i was happy with the choices available.
the restaurant staff seemed disinterested in taking orders , and when i asked for a mojito without alcohol , it came with alcohol.

The hotel had a nice lobby.
The room I received was not properly cleaned. Dust was everywhere in the room, including on the furniture. In the bathroom, electrical outlets were coming loose.
