i was GREETED with a room upgrade to a suite city view. Luggage arrived promptly. A delicious snack was shortly after i settled in and turndown service included chocolates, YUM.
the location WAS perfect. the staff was friendly. the room was clean. it WAS a very pleasant experience.
i booked a beautiful room and the sleeping experience was BAD. there was a nightclub near my room and i could not sleep. the room did NOT have a bath tub, only a shower.
