a historical stay that charmed
hotel history large choice
my bags was carried with care to my room, I got a nice talk about the hotel history. the door was opened each time I come or go. breakfast had a very large choice of foods.
the air con didn't work like it should. the hotel was still very hot despite me wanting cool air. i wished they fixed the temperature control, so others don't have this discomfort.

staff were very kind to me, they helped me with everything i needed. i even received help arranging a taxi, so i got to the airport quickly. i am really charmed by the high service quality.

this hotel has a prime location. it's close to many museums. the hotel is also near restaurants and different forms of transportations, made seeing different parts of the city accessible.

The room's temperature control was inadequate, a significant problem. despite my adjustments, the room remained excessively warm throughout my stay. this discomfort impacted my sleep. additionally, the breakfast buffet presented limited options. I found the selection lacking in variety and freshness.

Excellent stay in a central location
clean hotel comfortable room helpful staff
The hotel was very clean. My room was comfortable, and the staff was helpful. I loved the quirky decorations that was throughout the premises. Breakfast had good variety and fresh items.
The fitness studio was very small. It was also rather cramped and not especially inviting.

historic gem, a stay to remember
central location nearby parking lot festive atmosphere convenient stay
the location was central to many attractions. i found a parking lot nearby and multiple coffee shops within walking distance. the hotel's christmas decorations added to the festive atmosphere. my stay felt special and convenient.
the outdated elevator, though cool, was slow and required manual operation, which caused minor delays. also, occasionally, the door was left open, and nobody could use it. this was a bit frustrating.

vintage elements perfect cleaning excellent breakfast attentive staff
I found the vintage elements well-preserved. The elevator was like a trip back in time. My room received perfect cleaning. I enjoyed the varied and excellent breakfast. The restaurant provided a nice atmosphere for dinner. The staff showed real attention to detail.
I experienced a slight delay reaching the reception when I had a question.
