I found the breakfast offered many different varieties. The check-in process was smooth, too. Alexandra at reception demonstrated excellent customer service skills. The hotel also offers free parking.

I enjoyed the breakfast SO much! There was a wide variety of options. The underground station nearby made travel easy. I liked that my room had nice views.
I found a loud banging noise on the executive floor. It was coming from an unknown area (it sounded like metal hitting a pole). The hotel seemed fully booked so changing rooms was not an option. Nobody came to check the noise after maintenance personnel 'was called'.

the location is really convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the room included a comfortable bed with all needed facilities. the staff at reception was friendly.
the room felt a bit warm. i struggled to keep it cool . the fitness room was too small and super hot. there was no water available in the gym.

The breakfast featured a large variety of options. Team members spoke fluent english. The facilities included a lovely bar and spa onsite. I found the location to be perfect (close to everything).
The windows didn't open, and the air conditioning was not effective. This made controlling the room temperature difficult.

the location was amazing!!! it was near a bus stop and food stalls. the breakfast had many options. the room decor was nice and comfortable. i enjoyed the bath.
the room was too small for four people. the air conditioning did not work, and the room was unbearably hot. the sink was clogged.

i stayed almost a week and the central location proved convenient. the room was quite clean, something i value highly. the on-site spa gave nice relaxation (a definite plus after long days), with a good range of treatments. the staff also impressed me with their quick responses to requests.
the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit longer than i would have liked.

the hotel included a well-equipped gym, awesome for regular workouts, with cardio machines and free weights readily accessible. a good-sized swimming pool was available, along with a spa offering massages and other treatments. the on-site restaurant offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
