The resort has a very clean and beautiful beach area. Drinks selection at the beach bar was good. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
Service need some improvement. I requested cutlery for eating fruit in my room. Reception was curt and redirected us to the restaurant.

a peaceful retreat
secluded location infinity pool mature trees helpful staff
the location felt secluded, which i appreciated. the sunsets from the infinity pool were quite nice. i enjoyed the mature forest trees around the hotel.. the staff was gracious and helpful, especially at the pier restaurant.
the free water provision was only 0.5 liters per person per day.

the staff welcomed guests warmly, including the receptionist. attentiveness at the restaurant added positively to the experience. the staff demonstrated genuine care and willingness to assist whenever needed.

I discovered a beautiful private beach. The restaurant sits right on the beach. I felt relaxed . The staff provided excellent service and catered to my needs. I enjoyed excellent massages and a manicure in a beachside room.

decent stay at the resort
clean room amazing pool beach access poor service hard bed uncomfortable pillows
the room was clean i had everything i needed the pool is amazing the beach is amazing they have two kayaks to use a single one and a double kayak the beach had sun loungers tables parasols and even bean bags to sit on
service could be improved i requested cutlery to eat fruit in my room the receptionist was curt she redirected me to the restaurant the waiter scolded us and only allowed it this once it felt rude the bed was very hard and uncomfortable extra pillows took two days to arrive
