multiple pools clean beach helpful staff

i found the multiple pools very refreshing. it was an easy walk to the beach with clean sand. the shuttle bus to sunset town ran frequently and i got tickets to the kiss of the sea show. the staff helped me book local attractions and the grounds were well-kept.

i noticed the food at the buffet breakfast was often lukewarm.

the gym had decent equipment.

Housekeeping did not service my room one day. i returned at 4 pm to find it untouched. also, getting towels by the pool was impossible. Staff couldn't help.

premier residence are great. the room was very clean and the bed were comfortable. breakfast at the clubhouse had good food. the beautiful pool area was relaxing. i also liked the quiet and clean beach.
