a decent hotel experience
hotel pools room upgrade lake access worn mattress
the hotel pools looked lovely. the staff upgraded my room free of charge. this was a nice surprise. the room was also very comfortable and clean.
i found no access or view to the lake. the room seemed outdated, and the mattress was worn out. this. the room had only one small window.

The breakfast offered a wide choice of items (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the staff were efficient and very friendly. the hotel gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. It felt peaceful there.
my room was outdated, and the mattress felt worn. there was only one small window in the room measuring about 40cm by 120cm. this meant almost no natural light entered the room.

breakfast buffet beautiful garden chipped furniture stained mattress
The breakfast buffet featured many options. I found the gardens to be beautiful and well kept. The pools had comfortable sun loungers. The restaurant and bar staff offered excellent service.
The pool furniture was tired. Mattresses showed stains and the rattan side tables were falling apart. Hallways looked scuffed, and paint chipped in places. Our room had cracked furniture.

friendly staff good ambience wide variety
The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. They fulfilled all my requests and. The hotel's decoration and ambience were good. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices.

The room was beautiful, with a veranda that opened right out to the garden. Inside, the beautiful double room had plush bedding and luxurious bathroom amenities. Housekeeping kept everything super clean .

The rooftop jacuzzi offered panoramic views. I booked it for an hour each day. There were two outdoor pools, and one was heated. The hotel had bikes available for exploring nearby attractions.

The breakfast was amazing. It offered many options. the seating right by the pool and garden area was a dream. the staff were amazing and went the extra mile every time (i loved that!).
