the hotel location was acceptable. it was easy to get around from there.

The room was not well-kept, with visible signs of wear. the furniture seemed old, and i noticed some damage to the walls. furthermore, the food quality was inconsistent. Some dishes were fine, but others lacked flavor.

friendly staff tasty food dated room flooded shower

The beach was great. The water was clear. the staff was very friendly and cute. They always smiled. the facilities were amazing. It included several pools and a water park. the food was really tasty. I especially liked the seafood options.

We checked into our room and i was immediately disappointed. It was very dated. the shower flooded the whole bathroom floor. It was a safety hazard. housekeeping put towels on the floor. This made it worse.

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service

fantastic snorkelling helpful assistance great variety

I found fantastic snorkelling right off the beach. Mohamed Nabeh, the reception manager, was helpful. His assistance was excellent! My room was upgraded and beautiful. I was very happy to have seen two available rooms. The food variety was great, and the cocktails were nice too.

The music around the main pool area was very loud. That high volume was unnecessary!

Facilities

9/10

The hotel offers various locations to relax or be entertained and the premises are very clean, both inside and out. There are multiple pools for swimming and lounging, offering guests many options for spending their leisure time.

Dining

9/10

The hotel features a variety of dining options, with tasty food available throughout the day. The bars provide a good selection of drinks and snacks, so guests have choices. I really enjoyed the different flavours at each meal.
