worn furniture inconsistent food
the hotel location was acceptable. it was easy to get around from there.
The room was not well kept, with visible signs of wear. the furniture seemed old, and i noticed some damage to the walls. furthermore, the food quality was inconsistent. Some dishes were fine, but others lacked flavor.

friendly staff tasty food dated room flooded shower
The beach was great. The water was clear. the staff was very friendly and cute. They always smiled. the facilities were amazing. It included several pools and a water park. the food was really tasty. I especially liked the seafood options.
We checked into our room and i was immediately disappointed. It was very dated. the shower flooded the whole bathroom floor. It was a safety hazard. housekeeping put towels on the floor. This made it worse.

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service
fantastic snorkelling helpful assistance great variety
I found fantastic snorkelling right off the beach. Mohamed Nabeh, the reception manager, was helpful. His assistance was excellent! My room was upgraded and beautiful. I was very happy to have seen two available rooms. The food variety was great, and the cocktails were nice too.
The music around the main pool area was very loud. That high volume was unnecessary!

charmed by the adult-only ambiance!
easy access amazing stay helpful staff
The hotel offers easy access to the beach. The location is good! the room was cleaned everyday. the staff proved helpful with all my needs. there were many daytime activities. i enjoyed the foam party a lot.

the main dining room offered a variety of options, though some dishes were repetitive. one restaurant required reservations and selections were made in advance. the snacks available during the day. added convenience, though the coffee quality was not the greatest.

The staff are kind and attentive. some employees were pretty good. They ensured our stay was perfect. the animation team worked very hard, especially in keeping the guests entertained. the overall service was quite attentive.

The hotel included well-kept facilities! the pools had a relaxing atmosphere, though the music could be loud. the beach area is man-made, but it provides sea access. the spa provided treatments and massages, a relaxing addition.
