the aquapark was fun with many slides. the beach was easily accessible and had clear water. there were always available sunbeds by the main pool. the gardens were well maintained with colorful flowers.
The food became repetitive after a few days. I wished there was more variety. our room's air conditioning was not very effective and it struggled to cool down the room. wifi was only available in the lobby. It should be accessible throughout the resort. some areas around the pools needed better maintenance! broken tiles are a hazard.

My room was nice. It was very clean and cleaned daily with provided bottled water. The sandy beach had plenty of sunbeds. The all inclusive bar offered pizzas and burgers. The snorkeling was amazing with lots of colourful fish.

i stayed in a recently renovated beautiful sea view room for six nights. the coral reef in front of the resort is fine. all the staff members were kind and helpful, and they gave us a courtesy room to shower because our flight was late! i hope i can return soon
the wifi was a little spotty in certain areas, but it wasn't a major issue as i didn't spend much time online.

the room included two separate sinks. there was a rainfall shower and it was very spacious. the air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay, i appreciated that.

the hotel provided prompt service for every request. staff members are always smiling and ready to assist. reception staff was helpful in arranging local transportation and answering questions, which i found very helpful.

the main restaurant had a wide variety of food every day. the all-inclusive package included visits to the indian and grill restaurants. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fish selections available regularly, like the delicious octopus salad at lunch

there were multiple pools available each day, i tried them all! the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the beach access required walking down several steps, but golf carts were available for transportation back up the slope.

The staff was very helpful and polite. They all were very good too make my holiday enjoyable and relaxing. We booked two rooms and staff brought our luggage to our rooms. There was a shuttle service to the beach (though the beach was within walking distance).
I discovered my card did not open my room door after a long arrival day. I needed to return to the front desk to wait for them to fix the door. The room's condition was poor with issues like insufficient lighting and a clogged sink. (It wasn't a great start.).

I appreciated that the food had a load of varieties. I also liked that at least five different restaurants were available for dining. Beach access is great (a close coral reef is easily accessible!). The staff was always helpful too.
The room was recently refurbished, so the furnishings were clean. there was a persistent whiff of sewage. I also found that the room door was reluctant to close and required a good shove each time.
