I found the rooms were cleaned daily very well. The room was spacious enough for two people and could accommodate up to four people comfortably. Check-in and check-out procedures were seamless and efficient. I noted the hotel location. It allowed me to walk to many places easily.
The rooms walls felt a little thin, i could hear some noise from other rooms.

the rooms were updated with an industrial boat theme.. they were also accommodating and clean. the concierge was helpful with directions to the san fran trolley, ghirardelli, little italy and chinatown.
the hotel room had no shades meaning bright lights was at night and early in the morning.

The coffee and fruit-infused water in the lobby was a very nice touch. the location is perfect, especially with the convenient access to fisherman's wharf, pier 39, and nearby restaurants. i really liked the free self-service laundry area with detergent and dryer sheets available. That was super useful.
i noticed the room was a bit noisy. i could clearly hear sounds from adjacent rooms.

The room included comfortable beds and was quite spacious, which worked well for us. it featured modern décor with updated finishes. The space was well-kept and clean, which i found quite inviting.

the room size provided ample space, acceptable.
The noise isolation proved inadequate. I could hear every noise from the street and even footsteps from the room upstairs, impacting my ability to rest comfortably. the provided ear plugs and sleeping mask indicated a known issue, yet no room change was offered. i ended up paying more to change hotels.
