my room was a park view room. the central park view was a great start to each day. the room included high-quality amenities. i found the bed and linens were very comfortable for restful sleep (which is always important). the staff addressed all requests quickly. i was particularly impressed with the attention to detail. they ensured my stay was seamless.
the corridor carpets showed minor wear, suggesting a refresh could enhance the overall appearance.

the staff provided a coffee machine for my room. they also suggested restaurants and made reservations. taxis were called promptly when i needed one.
i found the pricing a bit outrageous for breakfast (especially avocado toast).
