I liked the location near key attractions. the room was clean and well kept daily. bar54 provided a great view of one world tower. I thought it had a nice atmosphere.

the room was immaculate and high-tech i found it very quiet the staff always said hi when i returned to the hotel in the lobby
i noticed the air conditioning seemed to automatically turn off at night i woke up a little too warm

a bright spark in the city
large screenwell decorated
the location was like a warm embrace, so close to everything i wanted to see. i appreciated the large screen tv in the room, it was just so very well decorated with a king suite skyline view high floor, it felt special to retreat to after a long day.

A Romantic Escape Above the City!!!

The staff were so kind and helpful. The location was superb. I especially adored the rooftop bar, with its dazzling city views. The minimum spend was so worth it! The city view room was spacious, so clean, and wonderfully serene.
I must note that the air conditioning was a tad noisy at times.

Breakfast at the cafe was quick and very easy. The staff were attentive, and the food was AMAZING!!! It was a short but wonderful experience to start my day.

My King Room provided ample space and a beautiful design. The beds were wide and the pillows were nice. The room was very clean and fresh. I loved the daily refill of water bottles.

The front desk staff provided excellent customer service! The housekeepers were thorough. Each day I returned to what seemed like a brand new hotel room. The staff recommended amazing restaurants nearby, too.

convenient locationno drawers
The location was convenient I would stay there again because of that.
The hotel room did not have drawers I found this strange. There were no drawers to put socks or underwear. There were not even drawers in the nightstand.
