the room had the perfect temperature upon my arrival. the staff was very cute. the corner king room was ready for an early check-in.
the service felt a bit sparse given the high room price, especially considering that one day cost more than 500 dollars. there were no glasses or a hot water kettle with coffee and tea provided. i also did not find a map with hotel information, like the sports hall or restaurant and bar opening hours.

the location was great. i walked to many places (times square was about 30 minutes). the staff was kind and helpful. my room was always cleaned well when i returned.
the room i had faced the street. it was insanely loud at times. the noise from the street kept me up (even on the 10th floor). the sink in the bathroom was also too small. it was hard to wash my hands without splashing water.

The hotel boasts a fantastic central location. The staff were helpful. They answered every question I had! I appreciated the complimentary purified water fountain, saving me from buying bottled water .
The room did not have cups. I had to go to the lobby to get a cup and water, inconvenient.
