My room provided a fantastic view toward the Welsh mountains. I found the bed comfortable. The staff was consistently cute and helpful. The food was AMAZING!!!

i appreciate the lovely views of the countryside. rooms were quiet, despite the hotel being on the a49, because mine was at the back. the evening meal was well done and used good local ingredients.
the breakfast staff needs training. by ten minutes after last orders, the coffee machine was switched off. the bathroom was very outdated and in need of refurbishment.

The gardens were well tended offering a place to relax. Our Valley Twin Room was spacious, clean, and well laid out with views. We had a drink on the terrace as we watched lovely sunsets. The staff were always helpful .
The drinks were a little overpriced at the bar.

Hannah on reception was particularly helpful, she gave us directions. Sarah in the restaurant ensured prompt, friendly service each evening. Nathan at the bar made excellent cocktails and was always cheerful.

The gardens were beautifully kept and provided a peaceful retreat. The terrace offered amazing views of the surrounding countryside. There are many trails starting straight from the front door for walking and hiking.

Our Valley Twin Room included comfortable beds with fresh linens. The room had an en-suite bathroom with ample towels. We had a nice view over the countryside and the grounds, it was so special.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast good. The location in the Herefordshire hills was beautiful, and there was plenty of parking in front of the hotel.
The room was small and a little tired. I found the food and drink good but a little overpriced. The room decoration seemed stuck in a 1972 vibe. It was clean, but very basic.
