no tv channels underwhelming experience
the room was clean , and the linens seemed fresh.
i had issues with the television , it did not connect to terrestrial tv channels or any radio station. the breakfast room was not busy , unlike previous stays. the price per room has almost doubled , but the experience was underwhelming.

adequate stay with some shortcomings
locked windows poor food
the staff were friendly enough.
The room was quite hot and i would have appreciated a key for the locked windows. I needed some air. the food was not great. The cooking quality seemed very poor. frozen chips were used and the lasagna was too dry.

lovely stay with really good service
delicious food friendly waitress super clean toilets ample parking
The food was so great. I especially enjoyed the sweet and sour pork. the waitress provided prompt service and had a friendly attitude. the super clean toilets stood out with their cleanliness. there was plenty of parking available near the rear courtyard.
the shower cubicle was somewhat small, which could be a slight inconvenience for some guests.

The location is perfect for nature walks. The littledean jail is within a short walking distance, about ten minutes away. there is ample space for motorbikes and secure parking is provided close to the rooms.

fantastic stay in the forest
ground floor room food service sunday carvery
this hotel had plenty of parking available. i requested a ground floor room and this request was granted, a very useful feature. the food service was well-organized and i particularly enjoyed the Sunday carvery they offered. the breakfast was great and was cooked perfectly
the shower cubicle was a little small and might not be suitable for all adults. one tiny thing

charming stay with friendly service
private space convenient food modern room
i had my own private space which was great the pub offered convenient food options the manager was helpful and friendly i would definitely recommend this hotel and consider staying again the room was modern and well equipped the size was lovely and i was very comfortable. the staff are amazing and always ready to help and the freshly cooked breakfast was a real treat it was also very generous.
the shower cubicle was small it was difficult to move around comfortably the lack of space made showering less enjoyable adequate toiletries and a number of soft towels were provided however i would have preferred a larger shower area for better comfort.

clean room excellent breakfast ideal location locked door broken phone unanswered call
The room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. The location worked well for what I needed.
The door in my room locked and I could not open it. The phone in the room did not work. I tried to call from my mobile, but no one picked up.
