abrupt receptionist missing amenities
the location was acceptable.
The receptionist acted abrupt during check-in. She cut me off mid-sentence. my room lacked basic amenities. There were no tea or coffee facilities. the room service order was incorrect. My pizza had jalapeños even though i requested none.

superb view many options ample parking
The bistro has a superb view I found especially charming during breakfast. Breakfast included many options ensuring everyone finds something they enjoy. Staff assisted quickly with any question I raised. I appreciated the ample parking available at the hotel.
I noticed the gym equipment looked a little dated.

musty odor unpleasant smell
the location was perfect, so I had easy access to nearby attractions.
my room had a musty odor, it smelled very unpleasant. this, and i felt really disappointed. i hope they address this issue, because it impacted my stay.

wonderful portland stay
amazing view comfy beds
The location is superb. the view from the cafe is genuinely amazing. I loved the comfy beds! the price i paid was much lower than i expected. it.
I was told that i had to request fresh towels or even loo roll each day. rooms were not serviced every day. This seemed inconvenient.

My standard double room featured a spacious layout and thoughtful design. It included a king-sized bed, a work desk with an ergonomic chair, and a tv with several entertainment channels. the temperature controls worked perfectly.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided quick assistance with check-in and offered useful information about local attractions and directions. staff ensured a smooth and pleasant experience. they deserve recognition.
