Breakfast was cooked to order, i also had choices of pastries. The staff were lovely to me. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. The location is good for travelling around pembrokeshire and being on the edge of the village, i could easily walk to shops and pubs.
The restaurant was closed, i was not notified beforehand.

The location offers convenient access to local shops and pubs, i found it a short walk. Folly farm is easily accessible by car. The hotel's position makes exploring the surrounding area simple.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. They checked my arrival time to make arrangements for the key. Staff demonstrated flexibility at checkout. This was greatly appreciated.

The room was warm and pleasant and it included high ceilings, i noticed many towels. Generally quiet, my room was set in a pleasant area on the edge of the town centre. There is a nice bar and café area.

I could hear every movement and conversation from the room next door. Even the stirring of tea cups was audible. Guests also congregated outside my door late at night.

the staff was busy but managed to be accommodating, i guess.
Room 9 was a letdown. The bathroom lighting was dreadful, and the small bathroom felt cramped. there was barely any space for makeup or toiletries, really inconvenient. the ridiculous walk in wardrobe could have been used to create a decent sized bathroom but no, it wasn't.
