cute staff crafted cocktails convenient charger dark room small portions cozy atmosphere
I found the staff cute. every request i. i especially enjoyed the bar. The cocktails were crafted with a lot of attention. the complimentary ev chargers on site were a convenient surprise for our day trips.
my room felt a bit dark overall. the food portions were quite small. the lounge lacked a cozy atmosphere.

personal explanation attentive staff tasty breakfast
The service was excellent from arrival to checkout. I particularly appreciated the personal explanation of the room amenities. The staff members were polite and accommodating.. Breakfast was notably tasty. The layout of the room and the quality of the furnishings also impressed me with excellent build and attention to detail.

the room included a very comfortable bed and perfect shower. we also appreciated the really friendly welcome i received on arrival and were shown to my room. breakfast was very good quality with a good selection of options.
the dinner menu was uninspiring. it did not change from night to night.

convenient parking attractive exterior cute staff
i found the parking very convenient. the hotel's exterior is attractive, and all amenities worked as expected. the staff were cute, promptly showing me the room's features and hotel facilities (a nice touch).
the absence of draught drinks at the bar was a slight drawback. i prefer a pint of beer, and the limited selection was noticeable.

the reception team demonstrated patience and kindness. they helped me book the room i needed. the breakfast team were really good, remaining friendly and cheery. their politeness and professionalism was also very clear.

the hotel is a few minutes walk to the cathedral. the tourist information area is opposite the hotel. the coastal path is easily accessible. i found the area very quiet.

artwork is on display throughout the hotel. the accompanying book details the art. this is a nice bonus, especially because it allows you to see the art which hangs in the bedrooms. there is also sufficient parking.

reasonable stay with minor drawbacks
town centre attentive staff dog exclusion steep charge
the hotel is very close to the town centre. it is easily walkable to the cathedral and restaurants. the breakfast was lovely and the staff at breakfast were excellent and very attentive.
dogs are not welcome in the lounge and bar area , nor any part of the main restaurant. instead, there is a small room with a few tables that is not very cute. the charge per night for dogs seems a little steep because i was excluded from the main communal areas.
