The staff provided really good service. I especially want to mention moha at reception who was very cute. the room was thoroughly cleaned daily. i found the hotel facilities met my needs perfectly. the hotel's location provides easy access to the downtown area. I walked to playa papagayo and back.
The gym has limited equipment. I found only three treadmills available.

the hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area, providing easy access to various attractions. the beach is situated just across from the resort, and i noticed that it was impeccably clean. it makes exploring the area very convenient.

the grounds was great. nice walks surround this hotel and all the staff was awesome from housekeeping to the bar staff and reception staff.
the food was not good. it was bland and tasteless. it was often cold and either overcooked and dry or soggy. this was seriously disappointing.

ocean viewclub pool
i stayed in a family suite with an ocean view. housekeeping kept it super clean and offered a turn down service in the evening. the preferred club pool area was relaxing (i really enjoyed it) and i saw no sunbed hogging, as lifeguards removed towels left for over an hour.
