I liked that the breakfast had a quite different selection even for vegetarians. A water dispenser in the hotel was also very useful. I found it overall very clean and well organized.
The rooms are modern. The shower and toilet have smoked glass doors, so there is not much privacy.

The hotel room was very clean. breakfast was delicious with many options. I enjoyed it. the staff were friendly. I especially liked irina at check-in.
The wifi did not work. It was hard to connect. open bathrooms offer little privacy. It is not practical. the outdoor pool is not heated. It was cold.

Excellent Stay and Facilities

The hotel has a beautiful design with a lot of space. The breakfast had great options and the staff was always friendly. I liked the pools, especially the family and quiet zones, this allowed for both relaxation and activities. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. It felt special, unlike some hotels.
The air conditioning temperature could be adjusted, but it reverted to 18 degrees. I asked reception about it and the answer was it can't be changed.

The hotel includes separate pool areas, one designated for families and another for relaxation. There is plenty of free car parking space around the hotel, very convenient if you rent a car. The gym allows guests to refill water bottles at no cost.

The staff provides excellent service, they are helpful and friendly at all times. I must especially acknowledge the kid's animation team, as they are amazing.

The breakfast includes decent quality options, and there are good options for food during the day. The hotel offers a system, where you can exchange daily room cleaning for credit. This credit can be spent at the bar. It is a great feature.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, plus, all of them face the pools with balconies. The hotel provides lovely toiletries within the rooms. These are a nice touch. The rooms also have free safes, offering security.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room faced the pools and had a balcony.
The room air conditioning could be adjusted, but it reverted to 18 degrees. Reception said it was not changeable despite us being cold. The food choices were very poor, and were often cold or lukewarm. I found that unacceptable.

The hotel is close to Dorada beach. It took me about 10 minutes to walk there. The pools were nice (i enjoyed the adult only pool). I found the modern rooms spacious.
The minibar was empty upon arrival.
