good hotel, some drawbacks
spacious room tea facilities friendly staff dirty plate busy breakfast dried food
the rooms were spacious and well equipped. there was plenty of storage space, a night safe, and coffee and tea making facilities. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel has a huge patio area and a good size pool.
the buffet restaurant was not great. breakfast was too busy. the food options were not the best and everything was dried out and over cooked. the plates at the buffet were often dirty.

short stroll staff kindness missing labels uncooked pizza
the hotel's proximity to the beach was very convenient. it was only a short stroll, a lovely thing. the staff exuded kindness, ready to help with anything that was needed.
I found the lack of labeled allergens a bit concerning during meals. there was no clear information about what each dish contained, it was not convenient. the italian restaurant was a letdown. My starter wasn't warm and the pizza wasn't cooked fully.

amazing stay with excellent staff
clean grounds tidy pool spacious room ample food
the grounds and pool areas were very clean and tidy, we really appreciated it. our room was large and very clean, and it had a big balcony. we mostly used the buffet restaurant. We found ample choice and enjoyed the food so much.
The wifi could be slightly faster. But it did not really affect our stay!

the staff were professional and helpful, always finding solutions to any need. all members were a credit to the hotel. i felt the staff treated everyone with kindness and respect.

The location is less than one mile from the town centre. it is about two miles from the marina, easily accessible. I loved that. the hotel has plenty of choice, including a children's section.

our room was lovely and kept clean. the fabulous cleaners provided excellent service! the animation staff worked so hard, they entertained everyone very well. the room had everything we needed and more.

the location was good. a gate beyond the pool areas takes you to the main road. crossing this leads to a quiet path down to the beach, it was very handy. i loved the proximity to everything.
