spacious room comfortable bed helpful staff
the upgrade to a more spacious room was lovely. the room was quite large, and the king size bed felt very comfortable. i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the walls are not very thick and i could sometimes hear noise from the hallway at night.

huge room massive bed cute staff
the room was huge. it was looked after well, despite not being new. the king bed was massive and the staff at the desk and bar was very cute. i think that the room and bar was amazing value for money.

the hotel has parking garages below it. breakfasts include options for vegetarians. the reception desk is staffed by very helpful individuals, and they are always willing to answer guest questions.

mixed experience at a hotel
leaking shower handle dusty furniture
the shower handle leaked water everywhere, so the whole bathroom was soaked after each use. also, despite multiple requests, room service didn't sweep the floor , and the furniture was quite dusty. (maybe they need to invest in some proper cleaning supplies)

ample space comfortable bed
the double or twin room offered ample space and the bed was comfortable. i found the location convenient, near the station and city center. street parking right outside the hotel was available! check-in was smooth, and i found the beds comfy.
The reception lady wasn't very friendly or nice. It felt strange. i noticed a lack of standard hotel amenities.

The hotel is situated well, about 20 minutes from the center. it took me 30 minutes to walk to the historical center. It was manageable! a nearby park provides an oasis from the city.

good lighting convenient socket comfortable beds
the beautiful double room offered good lighting. sockets and light switches are conveniently placed at bedside. the beds felt very comfortable, perfect for restful nights. i found the separate wc a great feature, very useful.
i found the breakfast buffet to be nothing special.

low quality short staff
i was a little disappointed. the breakfast was not great. it lacked variety and the quality was low. the coffee machine was often broken too and finding a clean table was difficult as staff were short.

a reasonably good hotel
nicely designed spacious room balcony space stale smell dirty carpet
the room was spacious and nicely designed. i really liked the bathroom (it felt modern). i got an upgrade and enjoyed the extra balcony space with a view. it looked over a green internal yard, a nice surprise.
upon entering my room, there was a stale smell. it seemed musty and damp (i tried to ignore it). the carpet in the hallway on my floor had dirty stains. it looked pretty bad in places.
