innovative coffee tapfantastic locationfunctional desk
i found the automated coffee tap very innovative! it ensured quick service during busy periods. the location is also fantastic, especially if you arrive by train, it is directly across the street from the station. my room was a good size, the desk was functional, and i liked the spacious sink area.
the lighting controls were a bit strange, it took me a minute to figure it out.

quiet areadifferent lights
the room looked very cool. different lights added a nice touch, and i could adjust the temperature myself. check-in took a bit, but the area was quiet despite the nearby train station

I was annoyed that my room wasn't cleaned until the third night. I thought I booked a hotel, not an apartment. The receptionist who checked me in was not very friendly, and no staff greeted us with courtesy .

The hotel is NEAR the railway station. Staff were helpful (i REALLY appreciated it) whenever I needed assistance.
The hotel won't store your bags after checkout. Storage space is limited.

the breakfast included a zumex orange juicer so i could make fresh orange juice, what a treat! the smart lighting system in the room allowed me to select different light moods, i found it so fun. i really liked the interior design in the room and common areas, it had a cool vibe.
cleaning wasn't done daily which was a slight disappointment.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection of tasty and fresh items to choose from, and i appreciated the zumex orange juicer. there were also several shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions quickly. one instance of really good support involved retrieving forgotten items after checkout. I received my items quickly. i found the check-in and check-out process easy.

The hotel is located right next to the train station. This made travel convenient! even with the proximity to the station, my room was quiet. it was about a 20-30 minute walk into town.

The location was convenient, a short walk from the central station. The room provided sufficient space for luggage and personal items. I appreciated the modern design and lighting system. The garden with a swing offered a nice outdoor space.
