Underwhelming stay. Could have been better
small roomdrafty window
the room i had was smaller than advertised. maneuvering around the bed was a challenge. there was also a persistent draft from the window, despite my attempts to close it tightly. it made the room uncomfortably cold at night. a staff member was unhelpful when i mentioned it.

The staff extended a warm welcome, attending to all requests with genuine care. I found the room layout to be well-considered, a junior suite afforded ample space. Breakfast service was very nice. The hotel matched online advertisements, showing both cleanliness and comfort.
The elevators were quite small! they were a bit cramped when i had luggage.

i felt instantly at home upon entering. the helpful staff made check-in easy. my room overlooked neighboring buildings.. their architecture captivated me and added a lovely touch to my stay. i easily walked to nearby destinations and attractions, discovering hidden gems around every corner.
