I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. They brought breakfast to the room both mornings. THE master room was beautiful. The provided pictures did not do it justice.

The staircase to the second floor was SLIGHTLY steep.

Really good Stay!

The master suite offered ample space. It featured luxurious amenities. The river tay views were magnificent. The hotel's garden was fabulous. I enjoyed the garden's summer al fresco dining with live music. Breakfast in the main restaurant was delicious. the waitress was very attentive. The lounge was cute, complete with relaxing music and drinks.

The upper hallway looked drab. It needs a freshen up, as it hasn't been decorated recently. The floorboards also squeaked.
