The staff was friendly and helpful, addressing our queries promptly.

helpful staff beautiful room special stay
I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. They brought breakfast to the room both mornings. THE master room was beautiful. The provided pictures did not do it justice.
The staircase to the second floor was SLIGHTLY steep.

I enjoyed the amazing food in Z Bistro and the great service. The staff was knowledgeable. The food was freshly prepared, seasonal, and local. This restaurant had obvious love and attention. Really good and HIGHLY recommended.

ample space luxurious amenities cute lounge
The master suite offered ample space. It featured luxurious amenities. The river tay views were magnificent. The hotel's garden was fabulous. I enjoyed the garden's summer al fresco dining with live music. Breakfast in the main restaurant was delicious. the waitress was very attentive. The lounge was cute, complete with relaxing music and drinks.
The upper hallway looked drab. It needs a freshen up, as it hasn't been decorated recently. The floorboards also squeaked.

The hotel provides complimentary bottled water in the rooms. The en-suite bathroom featured double washbasins. The location proved convenient with available free parking. Staff members were attentive and provided friendly service throughout my visit.
The overhead lighting in my room produced strange shadows because of its metal cage design.

My room felt quite small for the price paid. the parking situation was difficult because the hotel car park is tiny. It made me likely to pay for parking in a nearby council car park.
