i found the staff very warm and helpful. they swiftly remedied an issue we encountered. the location is convenient. there are numerous restaurants both in the station and nearby.
The mattress had a noticeable dip in the middle. It affected sleep quality

The location was quite convenient. It was really close to the train station.
The room felt quite dated, the decor certainly needed an update. the temperature control was rather annoying. I couldn't seem to adjust it to a comfortable level! plus, the noise from outside kept me up far later than i wanted

the location is perfect. it's across from new street and grand central and right in the town centre. the room was large and spacious with a nice seating area i loved that the bed was large and comfortable!
the bathroom was more compact.
