A comfortable stay WITH great access

the staff was helpful with directions. I greatly value the readily available city maps they offered. The room included a modern bathroom with a very large shower. I found a convenient metro station only a short walk away from the building.

I liked the 24h reception. It is really helpful. YOU do not have to worry. The location is GREAT. It is 100m from the metro and close to the bars. I also appreciated the restaurants nearby.
The bathroom seat WAS broken. I find that quite shocking. This is advertised as a four star hotel.

The staff demonstrated very nice kindness and provided prompt assistance. They really enhanced my visit. i requested extra pillows and a chair, supplied with a smile. checkout was at noon, but they offered to store my luggage until my evening flight, which proved greatly helpful.
during my stay, i encountered an overbooked parking situation, it was quite inconvenient. the receptionist proposed a pricey parking solution, though a more economical alternative existed just across the street. also, the bathroom ventilation released an unpleasant odor, similar to a smoking room.

I found the room layout to be very nice. It felt peaceful. Graphic art on the stairwells added an unexpected touch! The rooftop provided a wonderful retreat after exploring. The hotel's location is excellent for accessing various attractions.
I noticed that the air conditioning system was turned off, as I was informed by the receptionist. My room was quite hot. The temperature. I would have appreciated a cooler environment. I suggest they reconsider this policy during warmer periods.
