Amazing Dog-Friendly Hotel!

The location is great near the park. My room was a good size! The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was big and clean, I liked the decor. The hotel was very clean and well furnished.
The pub was noisy. The loud music kept me awake past midnight. This fact should be disclosed. Parking was tricky too, I found a spot on the road.

the staff are really pleasant. they cooked good breakfast selection for me. the room i stayed in was modern and spacious.

The broken toilet seat in the room wasn't a pleasant surprise. the room seemed a bit dusty. I found outdated complimentary biscuits that I couldn't even eat. these small things added up to a less-than-ideal experience.

the pub quiz was such fun with bright youngsters participating! i loved the poached eggs on sourdough, a perfect light option. the comprehensive dinner menu had many pub food choices, it was difficult to choose! i found the minibar fully stocked and the snack basket a lovely touch.
the tea wasn't welsh, a slight miss for such a focus on local fare.

The location was excellent, near the bus station and within walking distance of attractions. The gentleman at reception helped us with our luggage. the room included a fridge, useful for storing drinks and snacks. I appreciated having cold beverages available.
The pub was quite noisy, and the loud music made it difficult to sleep before midnight. parking was also difficult, requiring street parking some distance away from the inn.
