gentle care woodland peace soft start
i found such gentle care upon arrival, service felt personal. the woodland walk gave me such peace even when weather wasnt playing fair. breakfast each morning seemed like a soft start to day.
the bar only offered cocktails with the hotel wines, this was not perfect.

lovely vineyard stay
excellent view helpful staff thoughtful treats
i stayed in an accessible room and found the view to be excellent. the hotel was in superb order and the staff were very helpful. i particularly enjoyed that the hotel provided a dog bed and blanket for our dog. treats were also included, very thoughtful.
during check-in, i learned that breakfast was priced differently depending on when it was booked. this policy felt somewhat inconvenient.

the restaurant staff was efficient and friendly, providing excellent hospitality. zoe, a waitress, was particularly great to our needs. the staff were all helpful.

Dinner at the restaurant was really good and cooked to perfection. Breakfast was also very good. we were offered nuts at the bar. the food and service in the restaurant are great.

the room was spacious with good modern lighting and settings. the bathroom had contemporary showers and tap fittings. the storage cupboard had movement sensor lights, a modern touch.

woodland walk attentive staff
The wine tasting experience with Vicky WAS informative. she knew a lot, AND the grounds were beautiful! the woodland walk gave me a chance to enjoy the fresh air. lunch, dinner, and breakfast were all excellent. The service was faultless.
The bathroom had a slight smell. It might have been a drainage problem.
