Fantastic Stay in a Great Location!

packed breakfast helpful staff

I was so impressed that the staff packed breakfast for us when we missed it. They walked us through using the room's features. This was very helpful!

The hotel was quite inaccessible in the old town. No taxi would take us there so a 20 minute walk towing suitcases by a mid-70s couple. The room was on the top, 3rd floor. This hotel was recommended by friends and we knew there was no elevator but it was still hard going. The booked room said 'town views' but in fact the view was a wall and three air conditioning units, see attached photo. We stayed in three places in Crete, this was the most expensive by at least 30 Euros a night and was the least agreeable. Not recommended.

sitting area breakfast buffet helpful staff

My room had a sitting area with a desk. It was convenient. the breakfast buffet featured fresh fruit and hot dishes. the staff helped arrange car service from the airport and brought luggage to my room.

The bathroom was a little small. It was hard to move around.
