the location was very central i could easily walk to attractions. the rooftop area provided a nice space i used for relaxation. the room i booked featured good bedding i found quite comfortable

the taxi drop off was a short walk away due to the street's limited vehicle access

the location of the hotel is very central. i appreciated being very close to the cathedral and alcázar.

the shower lacked a curtain , so the bathroom floor got wet. i noticed a clogged drain in the shower that remained clogged despite my request to clean it.

i liked the courtyard a lot. it had many open spaces, it felt modern. the room was clean, i think it was a double room. the shower was good, i found it very clean.

i think i found a small inconvenience. there was no staff after 6pm. i wish there was always someone to help with everything. maybe keep someone available later.

Excellent Central Location and Clean Rooms

I found the location perfect for exploring the main attractions. The Cathedral is a short walk away. The rooftop terrace was nice. I could enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the city after a day of sightseeing (what a great experience!).

I noticed that the reception was not consistently staffed, only available during certain hours.

The room was very comfy and tidy with good bedding. There was sufficient wardrobe and storage space available. The shower was also excellent. The room offered everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
