the colonial decor was elegant and tasteful. i especially liked the room's classic design. the shuttle boat service provided convenient access to the city center (it ran frequently). the on-site dining offered delicious meals in a relaxed atmosphere.

the private boat transfer set the tone for something special as i arrived. i found that the architecture and decor reflect the hotel's rich past, with beautiful colonial details. our room was spacious and clean with a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort.
the noisy rooms and hallways created some disturbance, and the connectivity to the city during rain was problematic. a refurbishment could elevate the room experience further, offering enhanced quietness.

genuine smiles attentiveness reliable boat service immaculate gardens
The staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and attentiveness throughout my stay. They anticipated my needs before i even voiced them. The boat service was prompt and reliable, operating 24/7. It made accessing the city easy. Breakfast was a good experience. The dishes were prepared fresh to order. The hotel grounds were immaculate, with beautiful gardens and a refreshing pool.
I noticed minor wear in some bathroom fixtures, although they remained perfectly functional.
