adequate stay near the river
high ceiling reasonable price clean setup soft mattress inconvenient location early cutoff
the hotel had high ceilings, which i liked. the price seemed reasonable (i thought). the setup of the hotel was beautiful and clean (it had a very safe feel to it).
the mattress in the room was too soft. i kept falling towards one side of it. the location wasn't in the middle of everything. also, the tuk tuk service from the train station cut off too early, at 8 pm.

crafted cocktails helpful concierge professional team
i found the rooftop bar provided crafted cocktails with an amazing view. The helpful concierge offered great assistance with local transport. Also the friendly security team. it was all good.
the food quality and variety at breakfast were mediocre and fell short of expectations. i did not expect that.

plug sockets usb c outlets uk sockets early cut-off difficult location lost driver
The room had a lot of attention to detail. I found plenty of plug sockets, even usb c outlets and UK sockets. The shower was really good. I was grateful for the nice little touch of cookies delivered with the turndown service.
The tuk-tuk pick up from the BTS station ended too early. The location of the hotel was difficult to get to after 8 pm. Each time I called a taxi, the driver got lost. It really was not convenient to stay out for dinner.

easy access good location decent size clean room basic buffet limited options english understanding staff communication
i liked the hotels location. it was close to the river and offered easy access to boat services. the room was clean and of decent size. it had all the essential amenities one needs for short stays.
the breakfast buffet was very basic, it had limited options. the staff seemed to have difficulty understanding english. there was a little problem when i wanted to use Grab taxi.

riverfront retreat, a nice stay
convenient location free transport kind staff
i found the location amazing, it offered easy access to the ivonsiam mall. the complimentary boat transport to various city areas was so helpful. the staff kindness impressed me . i look forward to return.
during breakfast, i observed that the coffee machine provided lukewarm coffee. i found this disappointing.

Our beautiful room provided much space plus comfort. the design and fixtures, including the nice bed and modern bathroom were excellent. air conditioning worked without fault. It created great atmosphere.

my checkout experience was a mess. they charged me for a plastic laundry bag i didn't use. also, the sunrise cruiser tour, advertised as a highlight, was canceled. the tuk-tuk service was unavailable too. it seemed like several key amenities weren't working .

la carte helpful driver
i stayed in a tiwa beautiful room boat & tuk tuk transfer. the breakfast had an a la carte style, it was nice and tasty. the driver boy was helpful with luggage and transport to iconsiam! the service impressed me.
the tuk tuk pickup from the bts station finished a bit too early. the hotel's location was hard to reach after that!
