Excellent City Hotel Experience
good variety attentive staff
The breakfast had a good variety. I especially loved the homemade yogurt and fruit (it was a great way to start the day!). The staff were very kind and attentive. They went out of their way to please us.

The staff, especially Joyce, showed true kindness. She always anticipated our needs. Check-in was handled with excellent competence, even amidst a busy time. The upgrade to a Premier Suite was wonderful and worth the extra cost.
Only one small bottle of water was initially provided, which wasn't quite enough.

The premier room balcony included soft sheets, gentle pillows, and blankets, perfect for a restful night. The space felt very open because of the double wall windows. The rooms were super clean and provided really good rest.

The rooftop bar offered fine views of the city. It. Breakfast featured a diverse selection, including vegetarian options, ensuring there was something for everyone. The hotel restaurant provided excellent dining.

bathroom condition uncomfortable chairs
the check-in was smooth and efficient, appreciated.
I was disappointed by the condition of the bathroom. It needed some maintenance. additionally, the rooftop bar lacked cushions on the chairs, made sitting there uncomfortable for long periods. the absence of ashtrays in the room was also inconvenient who smoke..
