the staff gave helpful recommendations for my city tour. they provided customized maps. it greatly enhanced my vacation, delicious breakfast and a super comfortable room. the neighbourhood also felt very charming.

the hotel provides complimentary afternoon tea. the breakfast options are lovely with plenty of choice, the location is peaceful, close to the center, and public transport connections are around the corner.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It was a buffet and they also offered cooked-to-order items. They allowed us in early on our departure day since we were leaving prior to the start of breakfast. It was a nice perk.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly, so we were quite warm sleeping at night. The tea bags in the room were limited. There was no hot water on our final day for a while.

The staff was super friendly and gave recommendations for places to eat and visit. They proposed to book tickets! The rooms are perfectly clean, and the beds are super comfortable (I slept like a baby). The breakfast buffet is really good with many options. The tea time with homemade cakes is a nice bonus.
The tea bags in the room are limited, but you can always call downstairs for more.

The staff was very helpful and always did their best to assist with courtesy. They were warm, friendly, and happy to help. This level of service is really good.

The room was super clean and cleaned every day. Fresh towels were provided daily (always a plus!). The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen making it a relaxing space.

The hotel is in a quiet street, but the center is easily walkable. The tram is nearby making public transportation very accessible. It's close enough to easily explore, yet peaceful for a good night's rest.
