The location was excellent, providing easy access to the city center via public transport (I found the tram stop very convenient). Self check-in was straightforward. I received clear instructions beforehand. I appreciated the free laundry facilities and the well-equipped common kitchen.

The sound insulation could be improved.

The hotel offers a common, fully equipped kitchen . Free laundry facilities are available for all guests. There is also a luggage storage room on the first floor (this proved useful).

My room had a TV, a refrigerator, and a hairdryer. A coffee and tea machine was provided in the room for convenience. The room also featured ample storage space and a desk.

The hotel does not offer breakfast or meals on site. numerous cafes and a supermarket are located nearby within walking distance. A decent Italian restaurant is located next door (this was a great option for dinner).

the location was good , not too far from the city center.

The self-check-in was a problem , i arrived late and had real trouble understanding the machine and getting the right key. also , the room wasn't very clean . I noticed some stains on the towels and the shower tray looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while.

the room was clean, i guess. it wasn't the worst thing i've ever seen.

the reservation said my room included a kitchenette, but it lied. all i found was a common kitchen with a fridge. to add insult to injury, the sink didn't even work so i couldn't even wash my hands after touching all that disappointment.
