I loved the location. It was close to public transportation. the room was modern and very clean. the lobby had a grand appearance. It resembled a 5-star hotel.

The check-in process took a very long time. noise from neighboring rooms was annoying in the morning. the hotel automatically charged my card in the middle of the night. This occurred without authorization.

the bed was comfortable. i found the pool area very clean, with ample space for relaxation. breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality products, including vegan options. the staff ensured that my room was always clean.

Soundproofing was not ideal. Noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times.

early check-in room upgrade welcome basket

This was my second visit. I got an early check-in and a room upgrade! A welcome basket was also provided. I found this very thoughtful. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The hotel provided good shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.

The spa facilities were a little disappointing because the pool was small and had cold water.
