The breakfast featured many food options to choose from, which I appreciated. I found the room design to be practical, and it was comfortable. The hotel provided amenities, including a coffee machine, a kettle, and a hairdryer. I found a safe was also available in my room.
I noticed black marks on the wall in my room , and the curtains were not effective at blocking sunlight in the morning.

The room was clean, and it included both a king bed and a sofa bed , which accommodated three people easily. I appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows provided in the room.

i found the hotel super clean , the cleaning lady named renew was helpful with all our needs. the beds had comfy pillows. the bar staff were friendly and made sure we were well taken care of.
the wc light switch was outside the bathroom , combined with other light switches.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of options , with fresh and delicious products available. bar prices were reasonable. i ate at the hotel most nights because the food was amazing and the prices were good too.

the hotel is near the central train station and has easy underground access to downtown. the location is close to the underground , and the area felt safe. the hotel is conveniently located near the train station.

the staff were helpful and thorough , and no question was too much trouble. the reception team was helpful. the hotel allowed us to leave luggage and shower in the fitness centre before leaving for an evening train.
