I found a metro station right next to the hotel. This detail made getting around very simple. The room was also very super clean. I found everything I needed in the room.

The check in line was so long. It took almost one hour. Just one employee was at the reception. I think the toilets in the reception area needed more attention.

the location was acceptable, especially with the metro station nearby.

the check-in process was frustrating, taking almost an hour because of slow staff. the room lacked essential amenities like a fridge or even a closet. the absence of a mini fridge really bothered me, especially for longer stays, it meant no cold drinks or storing snacks.

this hotel has an excellent location near the station. the room was comfortable and spacious. it was also super clean, with all the amenities i needed. i especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the room, which allowed me to rest well!

the system of air conditioning and ventilation is very poor. it cannot be managed from inside the room. the windows cannot be opened so this is quite a problem. i did inform the front desk, but there was no reaction.

the room was large and clean, with lots of light. one wall was completely glass, which i just loved! the beds were very comfortable, i had a great sleep. i found the central location very convenient.

The staff was very friendly and professional. the hotel had a nice calm atmosphere. i found the shower pressure to be strong. It included a rain shower head and a separate hose. breakfast was enjoyable, and it had plenty of choices. The coffee machine made a great latte.

The room tended to get too hot and the air felt very dry. I could not adjust the ac to compensate and it made it somewhat uncomfortable at times during the night.
