convenient locationcoffee making set
the location was very convenient as it was a short walk from the train station. the room included a tea and coffee making set, a welcome addition after a long day of travel!
the room was quite small for the price i paid.

the location proved really good. it was near the train station and getting around was quite easy. our room (a quadruple room) felt spacious and clean. i especially liked the modern bathroom and the amenities provided.
I found the reception staff to be a bit unfriendly. they seemed somewhat unapproachable when i had questions. there were also no drawers for clothes. Our belongings remained in our suitcases. i also noticed a bright flashing light (perhaps from the fire system) every few minutes at night, it was a little disturbing while i tried to sleep.

the location was superb near the train station. my room was spacious enough for my needs. the bed was quite comfortable (i slept very well!). all staff were very polite and helpful.
the trash removal under my window started early. the hotel is on a busy street with late trams. the sleep quality suffered because of this.

the reception staff provided accommodating service. they assisted with directions and information regarding local attractions. i found their positive attitude enhanced my visit.

the room included soft and firm pillows for varied comfort. a kettle, coffee, and tea were provided, which i appreciated. the room temperature was easily controlled, maintaining a comfortable environment (a big plus for me).

breakfast offered many choices in a buffet style. seating was available near the windows offering a street view. the coffee provided was of good quality, complementing the breakfast selection.

the room was clean it also had effective sound proofing. friendly staff worked at reception i was given a room on a higher floor as requested. the hotel is close to the train station the walk took less than five minutes
