The location is very good. it's right by city hall. there is a machine at reception for currency exchange. This is super helpful. breakfast had many options and the staff showed courtesy.

the location proved to be convenient. i easily accessed shopping areas, museums, and public transportation hubs. the staff displayed consistent helpfulness throughout my visit. it was hot, so the hotel's location allowed quick returns to cool off.. a definite plus.
the room lighting proved insufficient. the bathroom towel size was smaller than expected. these aspects detracted slightly from the overall experience.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the city center. Public transportation was easily accessible from the hotel. The airport shuttle bus stop was very close. It was only a short walk.
The staff were not always friendly , and this was a concern. The staff sometimes gave different answers, confusing. There was no cosmetic mirror in the bathroom , which was inconvenient.

An Acceptable Stay

The location is central. It is near restaurants, shopping areas, and subway station entrances. The airport shuttle bus stop is a short walk away from the hotel. The Lotte department store is next door. There is also a Starbucks across the street.
The room I stayed in felt outdated. The bathroom looked old. The fixtures was worn. There was not much to see in the lobby.
