amazing stay!
perfect location downstairs convenience store modern bathroom friendly staff
the location was perfect. I could easily walk to many shops and restaurants. and a convenience store right downstairs was so handy. i especially loved the bathroom setup. It felt so modern and well-designed! also the staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything i needed, that was such a plus.
The breakfast starting at 7:30 was a little late for my schedule on a few days. I had to skip it sometimes

The room i stayed in had two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and complimentary toiletries. It made getting ready easy! the room also included a mini-fridge and a safe for storing valuables. It was practical and secure.

i loved the hotel's great location near bus stops and the subway. facilities were clean. staff spoke english,. the breakfast buffet was a must have!!!
the air con in my room was unable to be reset. the room was very stuffy. i wish this could be fixed.

the reception staff helped me find the nearest pharmacy when i wasn't feeling well. they even printed all the info i needed to get there. i appreciated their care and hospitality!!!

My room was quite big with all the amenities I needed. The bed was big and comfy and I slept well. A convenience store is next door, very convenient.
Some receptionists were not very fluent in English.

great location delicious breakfast self-service lockers
I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to many attractions, metro lines, shops, and various food options. It was so convenient. breakfasts were delicious. the location made exploring so easy. i also found the self-service lockers very useful for storing my belongings temporarily.
The air conditioning in my room was difficult to adjust. I couldn't lower it below 25 degrees.
