FABULOUS stay!
attentive staff room upgrade relaxing massage
My visit Was very good in every way. The staff were attentive and quick to address any questions i had. The room upgrade to a suite was a SPLENDID surprise. I appreciated the extra space and beautiful decor. I found the on-site spa particularly relaxing, and i enjoyed a rejuvenating massage.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures. A bit of extra maintenance in that area would further enhance the overall experience.

beautiful design clean room detail attention spa experience food stock reception staff offhand staff inefficient overseeing
the rooms were beautifully designed and clean. i also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel.. the spa experience added real value to my stay. i found it provided complete relaxation.
i found a few minor issues. the stocks of food at breakfast were not overseen efficiently. there were delays when requests for replenishments were made. also, some of the reception staff seemed a bit offhand.

The staff were attentive! The room was super clean and beautifully decorated. It offered every comfort. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options. I also spent time at the spa, and the treatments were very relaxing!!!
The heated pool was not functioning . This was a minor disappointment.

i appreciated the staff's kindness and professionalism. everyone was helpful and always ready to assist with any request. their hospitality. i also found the room to be clean and well-equipped.
i noticed some wear on the furniture but it did not affect my stay.

i found the staff very attentive and friendly. they upgraded my room without me even asking. the hotel's proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy seaside activities.

Excellent Experience All Around!
helpful team amazing bartender superb location
The reception team was very helpful, especially the night shift gentlemen. I found Abdalhamid at the pool bar AMAZING!!! He was always ready to assist with a smile. The location is great, just a few steps from the beach. I had a good time here.
The gym was advertised but not working. This was disappointing since I was looking forward to my workout routine.
