awful outlooknoisy hallways
My room faced the back of the building and the outlook was not pleasant. i also found the echoing hallways made it noisy at times, as voices carried quite a bit. the evening reception wasn't great either. The person seemed uninterested in being there, and it showed in their attitude. i wish the experience had been better.

This stay marked my fourth time here. It is a reliable choice! the staff are attentive and efficient. i especially appreciated that the entire place is kept super clean. we were able to easily print out tickets with help from the staff too.
The windows are not soundproof, so street noise was noticeable. I heard traffic all night.

the room was big and clean, and the cleaning service was so great. the café downstairs offered a good breakfast. the bus stop was conveniently right next to the entrance. i found walking to the beach a fine option as well.
the neighborhood does need some improvements.

The location was very convenient with easy access to the Souk Al Had and many taxis right outside. The reception staff were very helpful arranging an airport shuttle at a reasonable price. I appreciated the upgrade to a suite. It offered ample space for relaxation. The bed was very comfy..
The street noise was noticeable. Better soundproofing would enhance sleep quality.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. They handled printing tickets within 20 minutes. I found the hospitality really good. It was so nice that they quickly assisted with our needs.
The neighborhood around the hotel needs some improvement. I wish it felt a little more polished, as it detracted slightly from an otherwise great stay.

The bed was comfy and the suite felt spacious. The receptionist was really friendly and helped me fix an airport shuttle for a good price. I appreciated them storing my luggage for free after check-out while I visited the city. I was even able to print my boarding pass easily.
The street outside was a little noisy, so bringing earplugs is a good idea.

i got an upgrade to the suite, it was nice and had a lot of extra space.
the room didnt look as pictured. there were no small lamps, and the beds werent covered. there werent any towels when i came, and the ones i got later were grey and they had a strong chlorine smell, and some even had holes. i was disappointed.
