Excellent Stay
spacious room delicious coffee
The rooms are spacious and quiet. The location is close to Grand Central. This made travel easy. The breakfast was substantial and the coffee was delicious. The beds were very comfortable.
The hotel features light-colored carpeting throughout the hotel. They seem unprepared to properly clean accidents with coffee, red wine, or juice. Their response to spills reminded me of an opportunity for extra charges. Our experience with the carpet situation was disappointing.

My room had two double beds. It was great for my family. the bathroom size worked well and it was very clean. the location in midtown was near activities, but not directly inside them. i found the rooftop bar had outside space. children are not really allowed in it. but, that wasn't an issue for me.

The hotel benefits from a fantastic location. It is close to major attractions. it is near grand central station and many shops. access to public transportation is easy. But, i loved the walkability.

a decent stay overall
great location respectful staff clean room closed bar closed restaurant inconvenient usb
the location was great for accessing grand central station. i liked that the room was clean. i also found the staff to be courteous.
The rooftop bar was closed . the hotel restaurant was also not open. i also found only two usb charging ports in the room. This was inconvenient, as neither was by the beds.

a quiet city miracle
complimentary breakfast japanese style early check
my stay included complimentary breakfast vouchers because of my status. the japanese-style breakfast had grilled salmon, rice, miso soup, and green tea. i was also allowed to check in half an hour early.
The comforter was not as soft as i typically prefer. It lacked a certain plushness.

the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section offering relaxation. these amenities provided ample opportunity for recreation and wellness .

The staff greeted me with smiles and professional courtesy each day. They assisted with directions and reservations. housekeeping kept my room super clean and well-organized each day.

black mold broken tv
i found black mold in the inside rim of the sink and i asked for it to be cleaned, but it wasn't done (i was quite disappointed by that). the tv also didn't work. the fridge drawer got stuck the first time i tried to open it.
