a decent experience overall
friendly staff tasty food light curtains tiny sink
The staff were amazing and very cute. the food was also tasty and fairly priced. It was a lovely surprise! we definitely could not have asked for more.
the curtains in my room allowed too much light inside. the tiny sink in the bathroom meant that water went everywhere, annoying.

helpful staff central location
the staff was helpful, especially lesley who welcomed my dog and me warmly. the hotel location is very central to many attractions (close to everything!).

the location overlooking the river is lovely. the room was nice and warm. the dinner and breakfast were delicious (i especially enjoyed the breakfast!).

charming stay with excellent service
helpful staff great location generous portion
The staff were very friendly and helpful, which i appreciated (especially lesley, the duty manager!). the location was great. I enjoyed the mountain view and the proximity to the village. the food was good with very generous portion sizes. I was very happy with the meals i had.
The room i was in was a little small for my liking. More space would have been beneficial.

the double room included comfortable bedding and basic amenities, such as a television and storage. the bathroom was clean and functional with towels provided, and it included necessary toiletries (soap and shampoo).

uneven experience with some issues
slow service disorganized service
checking in involved queuing at the bar. staff seemed more focused on serving drinks. breakfast one morning was a shambles, i think. basic items ran out, and service was slow and disorganized, really.
